I was born in Brooklyn, New York. I attended school and
graduated in Queens. In 1972 I moved to Florida and
worked in the Parks Department for the City of West Palm
Beach for 10 years.
Around the same time I was hired by a
contractor in Jupiter. They were building homes in Admiral's
Cove, Jonathan's Landing and The Shores. This was a very
challenging job, however the result of these homes upon
completion is what led to my passion for real estate.
In 1988, I relocated back to Queens, New
York. During this time I met my wife, who was attending
nursing school. At that point my desire to get into real
estate was so strong I finally decided to attend school and
get my license. I received my real estate license in New
York and worked for Century 21 for a year before I decided
that I missed Florida's weather and moved back with my wife
after she completed nursing school.
I worked as a produce manager until I
could complete the Florida requirements to receive my
license here. Shortly after receiving my license the
owner/chef of one of the most exquisite restaurants in
Jupiter invited me and my wife to have dinner there. During
the evenings conversation real estate was brought up and he
told me about Christine Snedaker, the Broker of Option
Realty Network / Bluff's Releases & Rentals in Jupiter. I
took his advice and gave her a call and after speaking to
her I joined the team at Option Realty Network / Bluff's
Releases & Rentals. After 6 years at the Bluffs we changed
to name to Sales & Rentals @ Abacoa with Scripps in the
backyard it has become a more lucrative market in Abacoa. I
still work all around Jupiter, Hobe sound, Palm Beach
Gardens and south.
